Read the full storyHow I see it
We are in the middle of unprecedented technological change that is reshaping education and work as we know them - from what people need to learn to how organizations measure productivity.
I see that tension from several seats at once. As an executive, I manage AI agents and the budgets behind them. As a board director, I ask whether adoption claims survive contact with costs, risk, and accountability. As an educator, I think about what people need to learn when the tools and demands of work are changing at the same time. As a trisector leader, I care who gains access to technical power and who is left carrying the disruption. As a writer, I keep returning to the same question: when technology makes more possible, who captures the value?
